Surrender 24x24 💫Gorgeous Acrylic Wandering Straight Pour with Negative Space! Wow!

Hello Beautiful People! Welcome back! The other day I poured a great piece called Suspended Elements, which turned out really beautiful. I had some paint left and wanted to do another one of the wandering straight pours with those colors. Instead of using 21 ounces of paint (which is what you need for a 24x24) I am only going to pour a 16 ounce cup and try to keep more negative space. Lets get started!

Colors
Golden

- Metallic Cobalt Blue
Pebeo Studios
- Iridescent
Precious Gold

Pouring Medium:
Liquitex Gloss Medium
Paint + a bit of Water
Floetrol
There is NO Silicone
in Any of My Paint.

Im pouring on a 24x24 inch gallery wrapped canvas from Artist Loft. I have painted the sides and edges and taped and pinned the back.

I layer my cup with contrast in mind, light dark light dark, and then I lay down a basecoat of thinned out Amsterdam Lamp Black. As I mentioned earlier, I want to only pour 16 ounces instead of 21 because I want to keep some black negative space.

I love the pour, it turns out really nicely. I tilt it to cover the canvas, and do manage to keep some black negative space. I really love the contrast between the metallic cobalt blue and the black base.
This was a really fun pour, I enjoyed it a lot and I hope you did too! Let me know in the comments section what you see in it.. I see a dragon, an angel and a sea creature swimming along.
