We're back with the hotly anticipated Drop UPDATE! I immediately knew I'd need do to a bit more explaining based on some of the comments that were received. I get it, this is a bit of a different technique than most are used to and I'm hoping this video provides some further clarification. Also, me showing this technique implemented on some bigger drops will hopefully ease some of the vitriol I experienced on the first drop video.

A few things to remember:
1) I will NEVER hit a drop blind if I don't have to. Check it out, see what it's all about, then tackle it.
2) This is a DYNAMIC movement. We did our best to showcase this multiple times in the video.
3) You'll fine tune as you get more comfortable. For example; I'll play around with how deep I get into the 1 position and this will dictate the speed of the 2nd position. It's not always cut and dry, as you see in the video.
4) BE SURE TO LAND WITH YOUR HIPS AS OVER THE BB AS YOU CAN!! Having your weight behind the bottom bracket when you land is a recipe for disaster.
