You don’t have to be a boxer to reap the health benefits of drilling the heavy bag. Over the last 3 years the heavy bag has been an integral element within my personal health and wellness as well as my one on one coaching business. I DON’T TEACH FIGHTERS. I’M NOT A FIGHTER. Good, I’m glad we cleared that up. What I am though is a coach that is relied upon from many different people to assist them with their health and well being goals. I post a ton of videos of myself hitting the heavy bag. I have many reasons for doing so none of which is to showcase my striking skills as I’m still at the infancy stages of learning. What I do value and teach is the open mindedness of fitness and strength training. I hate treadmills but I value the importance of cardiovascular health so I teach boxing fundamentals for those who are similar to myself.
