I'm not even going to take a real crack at who this Mysterious Rin might be. Could be Levia during the writing of the Second Period, could be broadly representative of a process a bunch of characters go through such that no single character sings it but it's thematically relevant (kinda like "Love Like You"), could be a bunch of things. But I know for sure it's Mai, now. To go with Clockwork Lullaby 1, of course.
