Making NYC's Levain Bakery Cookies At Home

I've heard a lot about Levain Bakery Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies, that they are New York City's BEST cookie. After hearing such a claim, I wanted to try for myself. Only, I don't live in NYC, so I gotta make them! I wanna find out if they are New York's best cookie!

1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Cake Flour*
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
3/4 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Chocolate Chips
2 cups Walnuts roughly
