20 min seated evening yoga stretch to relax and destress after a hectic day.

Hey, Yoga Fam! I hope you had a great first week back to school/work/routine! The practice today is a relaxing evening wind down stretch. If you're back to work or back to school/or routine then you may be feeling a bit overwhelmed and looking for a quick relaxing practice. This seated practice starts laying down as we gently open up the hips before we make our way up to some seated postures. Towards the end of the practice I offer snail or plow pose, if this is not in your practice feel free to take bridge pose!

This is an all levels practice, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
