I know a lot of us in this community are quite active and on our feet, so this this practice will target the hips and legs, but more specifically the feet, calves and hip flexors. If you aren't a runner or walker and do a lot of standing you will also benefit from the practice today. This is an all levels practice, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
