Back pain is no fun but gentle movement is important to keep the back healthy and mobile. This yoga for back pain class is great beginner yoga for those with sciatica, yoga for sitting a lot, yoga for shoulder pain, yoga for neck tension.

We'll move through shoulder mobility stretches as well as easy back stretches so we can gentle stretch our back, neck, and shoulders and feel good.
