Hioki DT4282 vs Fluke 189 multimeter; HiRes version - box opening and teardown

This will be a box opening and teardown of the Hioki DT4282 multimeter. The Hioki DT4282 multimeter is a high-end multimeter. It could be the best meter for audio work. It has a bandwidth of 100 kHz and is a 60k count meter! It also has a filter and can read dB and dBm, and has many more features. It is a very fast meter with a nice display. I'll compare it to the Fluke 189 as it is a great Multimeter, and is my favorite Fluke meter.
