This Mindset Will Kill You - Whitewater Kayaking

The Checklist Mentality is an extremely common mindset that I see within the whitewater community, particularly intermediate kayakers that are progressing pretty quickly. This mindset, in my opinion, is very unsafe, and needs to be changed.

All of the kayaking clips are used just as examples that fit whatever portion of the video I was talking about. None of them are from adhering to the checklist mentality specifically. They are also not there to imply anything negative on any of the paddlers shown.
