500gm - Cabbage (chopped) (पत्ता गोभी)
1tbsp - Ginger (chopped) (अदरक)
2tsp - Green chilli (chopped) (हरी मिर्च)
1tsp - Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
1/4tsp - Ajinomoto (अजीनोमोटो)
Salt as per taste
Maida (मेडा)
Corn strach (कॉर्नस्टार्च)
Oil for frying (तेल तलना)

(For Gravy)
3tbsp - Oil (तेल)
1tbsp - Garlic (chopped) (लहसुन कटा हुआ)
1/2tsp - Green chilli (chopped) (हरी मिर्च कटी हुई)
1 - Capsicum (chopped) (शिमला मिर्च कटी हुई)
1/2cup - Cabbage (chopped) (पत्ता गोभी)
1/4cup - Carrot (chopped) (गाजर कटा हुआ)
1tsp - Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
1/4tsp - Ajinomoto (अजीनोमोटो)
Water as per required
1tbsp - Red chilli sauce (लाल मिर्च की चटनी)
1tbsp - Green chilli sauce (हरी मिर्च की चटनी)
1tbsp - Soya sauce (सोया सॉस)
2tbsp - Cornstarch (कॉर्नस्टार्च) + 1/2cup Water
2tsp - White vinegar (सफेद सिरका)
1tsp - Sugar (चीनी)
Salt as per required
Spring onion (finelly chopped)
Coriander (finelly chopped)

(Schezwan Sauce)
50gm - Dry red chilli (socked & boiled)

(For Sauce)
1/2cup - Oil (तेल)
1/4cup - Garlic (लहसुन)
1/4cup - Ginger (अदरक)
Dry chilli paste (सूखी मिर्च का पेस्ट)
150gm - Ketchup (चटनी)
1tsp - Soya sauce (सोया सॉस)
2tsp - Vinegar (सिरका)
Orange red colour
1/4tsp - Ajinomoto (अजीनोमोटो)
1tsp - Sugar (चीनी)
1tsp - Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
1tbsp - Red chilli sauce (लाल मिर्च की चटनी)
Salt as per taste

(Veg Fried Rice)
3tbsp - Oil (तेल)
1tbsp - Garlic chopped (कटा हुआ लहसुन)
1/2tbsp - Ginger chopped (बारीक़ कटा अदरक)
1tsp - Green chilli chopped (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च)
1 - Onion chopped (कटा हुआ प्याज)
1 - Capsicum chopped (कटी हुई शिमला मिर्च)
1/4cup - Carrot chopped (गाजर कटा हुआ)
1/4cup - French beans chopped (फ़्रेंच बीन्स कटी हुई)
1tsp - Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
1cup - Sugar (चीनी)
2tbsp - Red chilli sauce (लाल मिर्च की चटनी)
1tbsp - Green chilli sauce (हरी मिर्च की चटनी)
2tsp - Soya sauce (सोया सॉस)
1tsp - Vinegar (सिरका)

(Schezwan Panner Chilli)
For Coaling
250gm - Panner (finger cutting) (पैनर उंगली काटना)
1/4cup - Cornstrach (कॉर्नस्टार्च)
1/4cup - Maida (मेडा)
1/4tsp - Salt (नमक)
1/4tsp - Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
1/2tsp - Garlic chopped (लहसुन कटा हुआ)

Water as per required

(For Panner Chilli)(Toss)
3tbsp - Oil (तेल)
1tbsp - Garlic chopped (कटा हुआ लहसुन)
1/2tbsp - Ginger chopped (बारीक़ कटा अदरक)
1/2tsp - Green chilli chopped (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च)
2 - Slit chilli (कटी हुई मिर्च)
2tbsp - Schezwan sauce (शेज़वान सॉस)
1 - Onion (प्याज)
1 - Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) (cubecut)
Fried panner (तला हुआ पनीर)
1/2cup - Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
1/2tsp - Ajinomoto (अजीनोमोटो)
2tbsp - Red chilli sauce (लाल मिर्च की चटनी)
1tbsp - Green chilli sauce (हरी मिर्च की चटनी)
