Episode 1: Who Are Heidi & Nicole?

Welcome to Take a Seat with Heidi and Nicole! In this episode we explain who we are and share our journey to starting this podcast. What started as a joke about our love for having long-winded and often less spoken conversations around women in sport, para sport and sitting volleyball, turned into a reality!

It’s finally here and we are excited to have you join us. So take a seat … why? Because to play sitting volleyball, you literally have to. It’s the rules! But honestly, feel free to join us from wherever you are - sitting, standing, scooting (if you don’t know sitting volleyball, we will explain later, haha), running or even taking a bath - we want this podcast to be accessible for all.
