Boss FM 92.6 was in based in Penge, South East London, transmitting off the blocks of Essex Tower, as a pirate radio station they played Hardcore Breakbeat and Jungle Tekno in the early 90s.

Hardcore nights were also beginning run aboard in France, with nights like: OZ @Megacite (Amiens) which featured Loft Groover, Ellis Dee, Grooverider, MC Ribbz, and, MC Man Paris. It was nothing to rival the Euro Techno and Trance events on the content but was making impact and putting the UK on the map of the European and international rave scene.
