Spicy, sour and the oh-so-comforting hot soup... Those who are unfamiliar with this dish must try! Yes, it is almost similar like Chai Boey, same same but different!

Ingredient list:
-Any white meat fish like Grouper or Barramundi/Siakap (Tilapia or Dory fish also can but I am not a fan), around 700g to 1kg
-Sour vege/ pickled mustard green (NOT salted vege ya), around 500g to 700g
-Ginger, around 3 inch and some to marinate the fish to eliminate fishiness
-Garlic, 4 cloves
-Dried tamarind slices, 2 slices
-Sze Chuan/ Si Chuan peppercorn, one teaspoon
-Dried chillies or bird's eye chillies (cili padi), about 4 pieces or up to your liking
-White pepper
-Salt
-Oyster sauce, one tablespoon
-One egg white
-Tapioca/ corn starch, one tablespoon
-Shao Xing wine for non Muslims to marinate the fish slices
