Oh my goodness well you guys this is a toughie 20 seconds on 10 seconds of recovery is our interval pattern today in this Tabata style Pilates workout. This is an intense advanced high impact training class where you’ll get both your strength and your aerobic training packed into 30 minutes. This class is plyometric rich for the cardio portion and you will get a total body workout from the pilates strengthening moves. You’ll feel drenched at the end and super accomplished so grab your mat- you don’t need any equipment just a positive attitude and the will to finish it. Let’s go.

We are using an interval timer today to keep us on track! This is a no music workout so if you want some tunes you can turn some on for yourself.
