Running 100 Miles on the C&O Canal Tow Path

This is the story of my 100 run on the C&O Canal tow path. I had originally signed up for the 2021 Greenbrier 100 mile Endurance Run, but it was cancelled. So I planed my own route and ran 100 miles anyway. A big thank you to my friends and family that crewed for me. Never could have got it done without you guys!

For this DIY Ultramarathon, I used the 25 mile section of the C&O Canal from Hancock, MD to Williamsport, MD. I ran from Hancock to Williamsport and back, and then did it again. Despite the intense pain and suffering, I was able to get it done in just under 24 hours.
