Brief Alignment: Start in Warrior as you line up front heel with back arch. Bend front knee, bring right hand to left shoulder from under the armpit, and reach the right hand over the shoulder to bind. Bend both elbows and gaze inside the bind as you rigorously fold the front knee to counterbalance the bind.

Benefits: Stabilizes, builds stamina, tones the quad, opens the hips, deltoid and shoulder

Contraindications: Knee, hip and shoulder injury
