Ingredients:
Recipe:
1 - 85g Pk - Orange jello
1 Cup hot water
Recipe:
2 - 250g -Pk’s cream cheese, light or regular 1 or 2 - Tbsp melted butter
1- Lt - Tube cool whip 2 Cups graham crumbs
½ Cup plain yogurt 1 Tbsp brown sugar or sugar of choice
1 or 1½ Cups confectionary sugar
1 - 284g Can mandarin oranges

Method:
Pour water in a measuring cup and warm in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until hot or boiling water.
Then add jello to a medium bowl and pour hot water over it and stir until all crystals are dissolved. Put in the fridge to come to room temperature or ice bath and until ready for next step “ DON’T SIT JELLO”
Method:
In a medium bowl add room temperature cream cheese and mix together with your blender, add plain yogurt and confectionary sugar and continue mixing until creamed.

Then add tube of cool whip and fold cream cheese into mixture with a spatula, after remove jello from fridge and fold ½ of the cream cheese mixture together, leaving the other ½ remaining to fold in to mixture after.

In a small bowl add graham crumbs, melted butter and brown sugar and mix together by hand or fork. Then add mixture to a 9 inch spring released pan lined with parchment paper, spread out and pat down to firm bottom layer.

Then add the orange creamsicle cheese mixture to pan and smooth out evenly, then scoop only ¼ of the white cream cheese mixture over the orange creamsicle mixture. Then with a knife circle the mixture through the orange mixture until all combined. Leaving the remaining of the white cream cheese mixture to decorate top of cake, scoop the remaining of the white cream cheese mixture into a decorator and put small dollops of the white cream cheese mixture around the cake whatever way you like.

Then open your canned mandarin oranges and drain off liquid, put oranges evenly around top of cake.

Place the pan in fridge and let set overnight or for 6 hours, until firm and sat….. then remove from fridge when sat and put pan on plate and releasing the spring on the side and pull pan upward to remove pan..… Enjoy!
