I first created this setup a couple of years ago because I was tired of working with polevectors that constantly had to be moved around. With this setup I pose characters a lot faster, which saves me plenty of time while animating.

I have seen similar attempts before by other riggers, but they use methods that are either too complicated or not flexible enough to blend with other methods.

This method should give you a setup that you can mix with pretty much anything you want. It is also very stable and easy to remember.

Note that I made this setup completely on my own. Unless someone else claims "first", I would not mind some credit for it. I have shared it online before, this is just the first time I make a video tutorial about it. :)
