Is The ZTZ59A Broken?

The Chinese ZTZ59A was one of my favorite premium tanks in War Thunder. It used to sit at a realistic battle rating of 8.0, where it was quite good compared to everything around it. The ZTZ59A is basically a Chinese T-55 or a beefed up T-54. It has a vertical stabilizer, laser rangefinder, good armor, and potent ammunition. It apparently wasn't strong enough for Gaijin though, as they decided to move it to 7.7. This elevated the ZTZ59A from being great to being overpowered. Feel free to disagree with me, but I feel the ZTZ59A is now one of the strongest tanks in that BR range.
