How to retrain your bladder in 5 easy steps | Urinary incontinence & overactive bladder guide

Описание к видео How to retrain your bladder in 5 easy steps | Urinary incontinence & overactive bladder guide

This is my ultimate physiotherapy guide to retraining your bladder in 5 easy steps. Overactive bladder is typically developed over years of teaching your bladder bad habits, leading to frequent trips to the bathroom, incomplete emptying of the bladder, urinary incontinence (urine leakage) and having a frequent urge to urinate. The 5 steps we cover in this video will help to set you back on track to teaching your bladder healthy emptying habits and to strengthen your pelvic floor (kegel exercises).

It starts with keeping track of your fluid intake and the number of times you empty your bladder during the day to find your interval. Once you work out your interval you can program your mind and body to only urinate on this set interval, retraining your bladders internal clock and normalize your daily bathroom routine.
