WRITE METALCORE Song in 1 HOUR? CHALLENGE

I attempt to write a melodic metalcore instrumental song, Similar to Glassjaw / Snapcase in 1 hour on a 7 string guitar. Using GGD Invasion Drums, STL Tonality Will Putney and Josh Middleton for guitar all in Ableton 11 Live. Music can take a long time to write, especially metal, deathcore and djent music given it's technical side, but this is a great way to write efficiently.

I find this technique works great for writing songs quickly, as by the end of the episode I have 75% of a song laid out. This song, especially when finished, reminds me of the early 2000s metalcore that I grew up listening to, but with modern production. Listen to the song for free in the link down below.
