White Khatta Dhokla Premix:

Ingredients:
1+1/2 Cup - Small Rice
1/2 Cup - Urad Dal
1/2 Cup - Poha
1/2 Cup - Sooji
1 tsp - Methi
Method :
Mix above things and Grind Coarsely
Store in Jar

Batter :
Ingredients:
2 Cup - Premix
1 Cup - Curd
1 Cup - Water
Method :
Take a Bowl and Mix all the things Properly and Rest For 3-4 hours and Mix Properly and add

Salt to taste
1/2 Tsp - Hing
1 tbsp - Ginger Chilli Paste
2 tbsp - Oil
Mix above things in batter and Make a 2 part and add mix Properly
1/2 tsp - Baking Soda
Mix Properly and Put in plate and sprinkle White sesame and Black Pepper Powder and Stem for 15 min and Apply oil over it and Cut and Serve With Chutney
