This is a re release of the original Ultimate 20 Minute Heavy Bag series session 2. Its a 8 round basic heavy bag Boxing workout for all boxing levels. Ive added a voice over, a timer, bell and new music. YOUR GOAL---Go full out from the start of round 1.

1-1 ( jab-jab)

ROUND 2
2-3 (cross-lead hook)

ROUND 3
1-1---2-3-2 (jab-jab-cross-lead hook-cross)

ROUND 4
Squat 1-2-1-2 (jab-cross-jab-cross) Squat 3-4-3-4 (hook-hook)

ROUND 5
Freestyle 3 punch combos ( any 3 punches)

ROUND 6
3-4-Body Non stop (hooks to the body)

ROUND 7
Punches in bunches freestyle speed ( any punch and or combo max speed)

ROUND 8
Squat 1-2-1-2 (jab-cross-jab-cross) Squat 3-4-3-4 (hook-hook)
