They Might Be Giants - 1985 Demo Tape (Example #3)

This tape, distributed by TMBG from 1985/86 acted as a prototype album. Released only as a cassette, it contained 23 songs by the band, some of them making it to the band's debut studio album in 1986.

This version (Example #3), found in the Darinka Archives, contains rougher mixes of the album versions of "Puppet Head" and "I Hope That I Get Old Before I Die", as well as the addition of "The Famous Polka", a song that was not included on the tape's original release, neither on its J-card.
