Animated TYPEWRITER text effect in Camtasia

How to achieve a cool animated text typewriting effect in Camtasia. A text shows up on the screen, letter by letter, it looks like it's being typed on a typewriter. It's quite simple to create this effect in Camtasia, and although I'm showing this in Camtasia, it should work the same way in previous versions.

After the main demonstration, I show you a few tips to make this even nicer, cooler, with some more realistic additions - such as making the text move as if the caret of the typewriter was typing in one place, as well as adding paper texture and animating the whole thing.

At the end, I show a new feature included only in Camtasia 2021+: Quick Properties, which allows you to expose the text fields so that you can change it externally, from the properties panel. This opens the way to create a reusable asset with this entire typewriter effect.
