Electricity Industry: Shuttle Mover System

The Shuttle-Mover System is full-automatic and high density warehouse system which is composed of shuttle mover, inrover shuttle, racking system, pallets, lifter for shuttle mover, pallet lifter, WCS and WMS.

In this automated warehouse case of BEICHEN GROUP in electric industry, it applies the Shuttle-Mover System with materials stored in unified appearance and dimension and inbound as whole and outbound as whole. The pallet unit is arranged as 1016 and total height of pallet unit per level is 2.14m which can stack pallets in 1.8m. The total height of warehouse is 9.2m, and 1 pallet lifter, 2 shuttle movers, 4 sets of shuttle mover with inrover shuttle are configured in system for the automated inbound and outbound of materials.
