Don't overlook the Change of Direction drill!

How often do you practice this drill? If you don't, incorporate it into your training session and see how fit and consistent you are on the court.

Mastering this drill, or even simpler versions of it demonstrate how good a tennis player is. Even pros still do it in their practice sessions!
