Meeting Regulations for Cellular Therapies at Dana-Farber's CMCF

Описание к видео Meeting Regulations for Cellular Therapies at Dana-Farber's CMCF

The Connell and O’Reilly Families Cell Manipulation Core Facility (CMCF) Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is a critical part of our adult and pediatric stem cell transplantation and cellular therapy programs. The CMCF also collaborates with academic investigators across the Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center as well as with industry sponsors from around the world who are focused on translational research in stem cell transplantation and immunotherapy for cancer as well as genetically modified cells for rare diseases and regenerative medicine.

We provide manufacturing support, cell therapy consultation and process development, quality control testing, and regulatory and QA support for novel cell and gene-based therapies.

In this video, we will share how we meet regulations for access, materials management, environmental standards, manufacturing, testing, storage, and records management related to cellular therapies. For more on the CMCF, visit: https://cmcf.dana-farber.org/
