Airstream Camping With Our Toddler - Andrew Jackson State Park

Spoiler alert: Our toddler got locked inside the Airstream alone!! We sure learned a lot about camping with children during this trip.

This was the first time we went camping with the Airstream since having our first child. Sadly it was also our last time using the Airstream, so this trip was special in so many ways.

Andrew Jackson State Park was a really beautiful little spot, and we enjoyed a site with a lake view. Unfortunately swimming in the lake is not allowed, due to the giant tree stumps underwater - so it would not be a top pick during hotter months.

We took some time to explore Waxhaw and enjoyed the restaurants, shops, and playground area for the kids.

We sure miss the Airstream, but we're so happy to have these memories to watch!
