This documentary was made in 1976 to showcase the work that went into launching the nuclear powered guided-missile cruiser USS Mississippi.
The film was produced by Newport News Shipbuilding as is part of The Mariners' Museum and Park's collection.

The original digitized scan has been upscaled to 4K using Topaz Video AI and some artifacts of the interpolation process are evident.
