Repairing the frame in 1997 to 2006 Jeep TJs! The Jeep TJ’s did not have a drain hole from the factory, so they are all known to rust. We used the SafeTCap ART 131 kit to repair our Jeep. The process involved prepping the kit, plasma cutting the rotten frame, cleaning and prepping the frame, welding the new frame cap on and painting.
