Guineitos en Escabeche or Pickled Green Bananas Bilingual

Hi and welcome back! Today I made for you guineitos en escabeche or Pickled green bananas. This is a quick side dish served during Christmas time in Puerto Rico.
Here are the ingredients:
6 green bananas
6 cloves garlic
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1 cup of good olive oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
8-10 peppercorns
2 bay leaves
1/4 cup olives
Salt an Pepper to taste
