Dhudhpak:
1l - Milk(full fat)
2 tbsp full- chawal ( soaked) Basmasti
1 tsp ghee- for chawal coating
1 tbsp ghee- for pan greasing
1 cup milk
1/2 cup milk powder
5 tbsp- sugar
2 tbsp- saffron water
1 tbsp- chironji
1 tbsp- chopped almond
1 tbsp- pistachio flakes
1/2 tsp- cardamom powder (elaichi)
1/4 tsp- Nutmeg powder(jaifal)

Kala chana Sabji
1 cup- kala chana (black chickpea) soaked for 8 hr(soaked and boiled)
For boiling (kale chane)
1 no- tej patta
2 nos green elaichi (cardamom)
1 no- Black Elaichi (cardamom)
1/2 tsp- Haldi
2 tsp- pure ghee
Salt to taste

For masala and gravy paste:
3-4 nos Hari Mirch
2 inch- Adrak
7-8 nos Hare dhaniye ki danthal (steamed)
2 nos Tomatoes
1/2 tsp- Haldi
1 tsp- Kashmiri Lal mirch powder
2 tsp- Dhaniya Jira Powder
1 tsp- Roasted jeera powder
2 tbsp- boil chane
Take all ingredients together in mixer jar and grind it in paste form

For Sabji
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp ghee
1 tsp jeera
Pinch Hing
2 tbsp desicated coconut
Add ready paste
Hot water
2 tsp sugar/ 1 tbsp gud
2 tsp imli/ 2 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
For garnish:
Hara dhaniya

Puri:
1 cup- wheat flour
1 tbsp- rawa (suji)
1 tbsp- oil
1/2 tsp- Sugar
salt to taste
1/4 cup- water
peanut oil for frying

Batata Vada:
For batter
1 and 1/2 cup- Besan
1 tbsp- Rice Flour (chawal ka aata)
1/4 tsp- Haldi Powder
1/4 tsp- kashmiri lal mirch powder
Pinch Hing
Pinch Baking Soda
Salt to taste
Water as per requirement
1 tbsp hot oil

For Vada:
4 potatoes- Boiled
1 tbsp- Hari mirchi paste
1 tbsp- Adrak paste
1 tsp- garam masala
3 tsp sugar
2 tsp- lemon juice
1/2 tsp- Haldi Powder
2 tbsp- Fresh Anardana (pomogrante)
2 tbsp- fresh hara dhaniya
Salt to taste

For Tadka
1 tsp oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp jeera
4-5 curry patta

For Mirchi vada
6-7 Mirchi (large green)
Vada ka mawa (for stuffing)
Vada ka batter

Kobij ka Sambharo
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds(rai)
pinch hing
1/2 tsp Jeera
1 tsp- Haldi Powder
3-4 green chilli (split)
250 gm cabbage shredded
1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
3 tbsp hara dhaniya (chopped)
