1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Carrom Seeds
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 no Onion (Chopped)
2 cup Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

2) Biranj / Mithe Chawal:
1 cup Sella Basmati Rice (Boiled & Steam)
2 tbsp Pure Ghee
1 stick Cinamom / Dalchini
4 nos green Cardmom/ Elaichi
1 nos Black Cardamom
3 nos Clove/ Laung
6 to 8 Dry Coconut Slice
1 tbsp Raisins
2 to 3 Dates

1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
4 to 5 nos Boiled Potato/ Aaloo
Fresh Coriander - a large handful ( Chopped)
