🐔材料:
去骨雞腿肉3只切块

✔️粉浆:
天妇罗粉-5勺、玉米淀粉1勺、咖喱粉1勺、盐1勺、胡椒粉1勺、1颗蛋、适量的水

✔️奶油醬汁:
牛油3勺、蒜末、小辣椒2根 、咖喱葉適量

🔛做法:
1. 把雞腿肉去骨切块,加入粉浆腌制半小时
2. 热油,锅中下一把咖喱叶炸香取出,然后中火再把鸡块炸,3分钟左右捞起滤干油
3. 把牛油放入锅,用中小火溶解加入蒜末爆香,然後加入咖喱叶和小辣椒一起爆香
4.加入淡奶煮滾后,再加入糖&鸡粉一起攪拌均勻。
