4-6 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
2 medium onions
2 cloves garlic
1 medium tomato
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh cilantro, for garnish


Soft-boil eggs and set aside.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add onions, garlic, and tomatoes. Cook until onions are translucent.Add spices and herbs.
Cook for 1 minute.
Add eggs and cook until coated in the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
