Ingredients
FOR PREPARING INSTANT SET DOSA BATTER :
Flattened rice / Poha - 1/2 Cup
Semolina / Sooji - 1 Cup
Curd / Dahi - 1/2 Cup
Salt - As per taste
Water - As required
FOR PREPARING SET DOSA PIZZA :
Tomato ketchup - As required
Onion / pyaz - As required finely chopped
Tomato / Tamatar - As required finely chopped
Salt - As per taste
Chilli flakes - As required
Mixed herbs - As required
Cheese - As required
FOR PREPARING GREEN CHUTNEY :
Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya - A handful
Green chilli / Hari mirch - 1 to 2 Finely chopped
Ginger / Adarak - 1 Inch grated
Salt - As per taste
Curd / Dahi - 2 tsp
Onion / Pyaz - 1 tsp Finely chopped
FOR PREPARING SET DOSA UTTAPAM :
Green chutney - 2 tsp
Fruit salt - 1/2 tsp
Onion / Pyaz - 1 Finely chopped
Tomato / Tamatar - 1 Finely chopped
Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya - A handful
Red chilli powder / Lal mirch powder - 1 tsp
Salt - As per taste
Oil - As required
tsp = teaspoon
tbsp = tablespoon
Instructions
FOR PREPARING INSTANT SET DOSA BATTER :
Take semolina and flattened rice in a grinding jar. Grind it for a few seconds to prepare its powder.
Take it out in a bowl. Add curd, salt, and water. Mix well and prepare medium thick consistency batter. Keep it aside and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
FOR PREPARING SET DOSA PIZZA :
Heat a pan. Then pour a ladleful of set dosa batter and spread it to make a thick dosa. Cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame.
Then flip it to cook from another side as well. Cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame.
Now apply tomato ketchup to it. Then spread onion and tomato on it. Sprinkle salt, chilli flakes, and mixed herbs to it. Now add cheese to it.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame. Then sprinkle red chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
Once done, take it out to a serving plate.
FOR PREPARING GREEN CHUTNEY :
Take coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger, salt, curd, onion in a grinding jar. Grind it for a few seconds to prepare chutney. Take it out to a bowl.
FOR PREPARING SET DOSA UTTAPAM :
Take set dosa batter and add 2 tsp of green chutney, fruit salt, onion, tomato, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well.
Heat a tawa. grease it with oil. Then pour a ladleful of uttapam batter and spread it to make a thick uttapam.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. Then flip it to cook from another side as well.
Once cooked well from both sides, take it out to a serving plate.
