Scenic KONE Traction Elevators at The WestShore Grand, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Tampa, FL

Here's a long overdue take of some elevators that I've gotten requests to film and have driven by for years but have never bothered to film cause I didn't think they'd be that interesting....but after dealing with William telling me to take him here, I FINALLY stopped here and got a video of these. These elevators aren't the funnest, tallest or fastest glass elevators I've been on, but they're still pretty nice and while it would've been cool to see these as Westinghouse, KONE did a pretty solid job with the mod overall.
These elevators are pretty smooth, efficient and offer nice views of the buildings atrium. They're certainly no Marriott Marquis elevator, but they're still pretty nice and solid elevators nonetheless with some pretty nice views.

Installed in 1984. (Westinghouse Selectomatic Mark V with Type A/AE fixtures)

Modernized in 2013. (KONE EcoSystem MR Traction with New Motors, New Controllers, Innovation Prestige fixtures, New Lanterns, etc. Cabs left original.)
