Suspension Bridge to Castle Ruins - Highline 179, Reutte Austria 4K

Close to Baravia, experience a spine-tingling stroll across one of the worlds longest pedestrian suspension bridge - Highline 179 near Reutte, in this 4K Austria travel video. It also provides access to historic castle ruins on a mountain, in a spectacular panoramic setting. When built in 2014, Highline 179 footbridge held the record as the worlds longest of its type. The ruins of Ehrenberg Castle on the top of the mountain are a legacy to the historic trade route it controlled through this mountain pass – a route dating back to Roman times connecting the Mediterranean to northern Europe.
