Ultimate Paver Sealing Tutorial: Expert Process for Perfect Results

Welcome back to the channel! In today's video, we're diving into a detailed paver sealing process to ensure your outdoor surfaces look their absolute best. These pavers, just shy of 3 months old, received some much-needed TLC, and we’re sharing every step with you.

In This Video:

Soft Washing: We start by softwashing the pavers using a 3% mix of sodium hypochlorite (chlorine) to remove any lingering grime, dirt and prepare the surface for sealing.
Wet Sanding: Next, we wet sand the pavers with Florida Silica Sand 20/30 grit to fill in the joints.
Topping Joints: After sanding, we top the low joints with dry sand for a seamless finish.
Applying Sealant: We apply Ure-seal H20 gloss sealant in a two-step process. The first coat is applied, followed by a second coat at a 2 to 1 ratio for ultimate durability and shine.
Protective Measures: To protect surrounding areas, we use blue painter’s tape to cover the drains and a Home Depot HDX paint shield to prevent overspray on the house and pool cage.
