This is a 10 minute abs workout targeting the lower section of your stomach. They are challenging but doable and trust the process if done right keeping factors constant like nutrition and calorie defit will help you get rid of the stubborn belly fat and will leave looking summer ready💪🏾💪🏾

These exercises are performed for 40 seconds each and followed with a 20 second break. No repeats in the video but feel free to re-do them over and over till failure. They are all body weight exercises so can be done anywhere at anytime.

05:12 Single leg raises upright
06:12 Alternate laying leg raises

09:13 V-ups

I would like to make clarify on the exercises with a disclaimer at the end

-Elbow windmills and elbow scissor kicks after 20 seconds go lower to feel the burn
- Single leg raises after 20 seconds switch legs
-If you experience lower back pain please check with your physician before attempting to do the exercises
