Hey, gang! This time around, we'll be exploring the PALETTE command, in order for to create our own CUSTOM colors, for use in other projects! Pretty exciting, no? ( Well, if you're gonna be HONEST about it.....)
Anyway, this program, QBA14.bas, or "Blender", as I call it, allows us to mix & match between 64 shades (counting zero) of red, green and/or blue, giving us access to SKAZILLIONS (not a real word, but should be...) of different color choices!
The program then allows us to save our selections in a file called "blender.pal", which we can read into another program later, should we wish to! I dunno 'bout you, but I call that pretty STINKIN' cool! Heck, if nothing else, we learn about another powerful QBasic command, so that's gotta be a good thing, right?
