YOU WILL NEED
1 chicken breast
mushrooms (300 grams)
1 onion
1 sweet pepper (red or yellow)
green onions from the garden
salt and pepper to taste

I cook minced chicken with onions (I pass everything through a meat grinder).
I slice the mushrooms and fry them, cook the peppers for five minutes and peel them off.
Slice and fry together with the mushrooms. Add salt and pepper. At the end, I add green onions (and fry for another minute).
In a frying pan I make minced meat cutlets, and in the middle I add mushrooms with pepper.
I have prepared two options 1. I cover the stuffing with minced meat and fry it well. 2. And in the second case, I put the filling on the minced meat and leave it like this, carefully turn it over and fry it on both sides!
Juicy, delicious cutlets with a surprise are obtained.
