While there are a lot of debates around the good vs bad of saturated fats, it is abundantly clear that refined and ultra processed foods are the biggest problem. And whole foods are the solution. It’s been better if we eat more balanced meals with enough fiber, healthy fats and protein.

For most pepole, simply exercising, eating more balanced meals and managing stress will help prevent diabetes and reverse insulin resistance/ prediabetes. And they’re worth a genuine try.
