We are Hennie and Joseph. We enjoy traveling and are fascinated by places with seas, beaches and rivers.
When I came to Liège in my youth, it had the appearance of a coal town. Everything was black. But the mines have long since closed.
Let's sAs the largest city in the Wallonia region, Liege serves as a cultural and economic hub. The name is different in many languages and that makes it confusing: Lüttich is the German, Luik the Dutch, Liège the French name and in English they say Liege. I will use the French name.
