Thank you for joining our Virtual Workshop day 1 - how to manage covid19 - breathing techniques, mindfulness, meditation and yogalates practice. The workshop is created and delivered by the professional experienced mind-body practitioner and moving artist Joanna Puchala. She leads you through the breathing techniques to enhance your respiratory system, to strengthen your lungs and balance your nervous system. She takes you on the mindfulness journey of your senses of touch, hearing, awareness of your body's parts and mindfulness of your mind. She incorporates into the workshop a fusion of Vinyasa Flow and PIlates with smooth transitions. She leads you through the full-body workout so you can strengthen and lengthen each part of you. As a result, you can empower and open your mind. It's a strong practice with clear cues and explanations. Everybody can follow taking different variations/modifications.
