Easy to make Kunna Gosht, authentic recipe.

Ingredients:

2KG Mutton large pieces
2 Litres water
2 Cups Oil
2 Tbsp Ginger Paste
2 Tbsp Garlic Paste
150 Grams Slice Onions
3 Tsp Salt
3 Tsp Heaped Red Chilli Powder
3 Tsp Heaped Coriander Seed Powder
1&1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
3 Tbsp Plain Flour (Maida)
1 Tsp Crushed Black Cumin
1/2 Tsp Whole Black Cumin

Take deep pan keep on stove but do not light it, add half litre water add 2 cups oil then add ginger and garlic paste, add mutton, add sliced onions, add salt, turmeric, chilli and coriander powder cover and turn on high flame let it cook for about 15 to 20 minutes, after that cracks will appear on dry spices now mix all the ingredients and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes while mixing with a spatula time to time till oil separates from masala now slow the flame to low and add 1 and 1/2 litres water, cover and let cook till meat is tender to about 90% the mix flour in 1 cup water and add to the meat gravy while stirring then add crushed and whole black cumin and cooked covered for 5 minutes and the slightly open the cover and cook for about 10 to 15 minute as oil surfaces on the top, our delicious Kunna is ready.
