I started making a video and replacing my front brakes. When I looked at them I took them out and these are original and have lasted since early 2017. Six years later they still look at least 40% left. After I took them out. I decided to put them back in and wait until next year to do the whole change over, this applies for 2018 2019 2020 2022 2023 prius primes and similar non prime models.

Just make sure you have the piston compressor to move it back so it will fit the new brake pads which are thicker.

I always recommend OEM pads. I don’t usually replace my rotors unless they are warped.
