Welcome to this 35-minute Yoga Nidra practice, specially designed for emotional release during the Waning Moon phase. This guided meditation is perfect for those looking to let go of what no longer serves them and find inner peace through deep relaxation. The waning moon is a powerful time for introspection, reflection, and release, making it the ideal moment to practice Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep known by the science community as non-sleep deep rest (NSDR).

In this session, you'll be gently guided through a body scan and visualization, helping you connect with the energy of the waning moon to facilitate emotional healing and inner balance. Whether you're new to Yoga Nidra or a seasoned practitioner, this practice will support you in your journey toward mindfulness and relaxation.

This session is part of our Moon to Moon Restorative Yoga Teacher Training, where we align our restorative practices with Ayurveda and the lunar cycle.
